"Is this what burnout feels like, or did I just not sleep well again last night?"

“Am I Burned Out?”

You don't have to have the word for it, or a score, or a diagnosis. Most people who end up here don't. If it feels like it might be burnout, that's enough for us.

You've probably already tried to fix this. A new morning routine. Better boundaries. One more system to optimize your way out of how you feel.

Yeah. That's burnout.

It's a documented symptom of running on empty for too long, not a verdict on who you are. The fire hasn't gone out. It's just burned low, and a low fire can be tended back to something warm again, whether that feels true to you right now or not.

That's what Rekindle is for.

Join the Rekindle Community

Recovering from burnout together.

The Rekindle Community is open to everyone at any stage of their burnout and recovery process. We believe that having a strong community is an important part of healing and coming back to yourself.

The main community feed is called “Gather Around the Fire.” It’s where we talk about what we are learning, support each other, and share what's on our hearts and minds. This is where we can be honest about our burnout, and support each other through our recovery.

In addition to the Fire, you'll have access to:

  • The Map Back to You: Most people who have gone through burnout discover that they lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way. The Map Back to You helps you remember who you are, set strong boundaries to keep yourself strong in that, and reevaluate the way you interact with other people.

  • Blaze Your Way Virtual Retreats and Accountability Partners: Every three months, we run a virtual retreat where we gather together to come back into alignment with the things that truly matter to us to keep on track with our individual burnout recovery processes. Then, for the next 90 days, you can choose to have an assigned accountability partner (if you want!) so you can help each other stay on track. Weekly community check-ins every Wednesday also help us keep the momentum going.

  • The Library: Short, science-backed pieces you can finish even on a day you have nothing left

  • The Firelight Hour: A live gathering every Sunday evening where we gather in community. Sometimes Ember shares a short lesson or some thoughts about what her research has uncovered that week. Other times, it is mostly Q&A and sharing our stories from the week. Camera on or off. Talk or don't. All are welcome, just as you are.

There is never any pressure to perform or requirements to show up. Burnout is hard. Community is here to make it easier.

Read everything and never post a word if that's what you need. Or ask all your questions and share your story by the Fire.

Come, gather with us. We can get through this together.
